Developed by a board-certified physician and rigorously peer-reviewed by medical experts, this application offers a streamlined interface that facilitates access to essential clinical decision-making tools such as risk scores, algorithms, and diagnostic criteria.

Users can then input their findings by selecting applicable positive or negative likelihood ratios, resulting in an automatic calculation of post-test probabilities displayed at the bottom of the app. For certain conditions, diagnostic criteria or algorithms informed by established guidelines are utilized to validate or exclude diagnoses.

Moreover, detailed information regarding pathophysiology, clinical features, examination maneuvers, microbiology, diagnostic testing, and treatment options is accessible through the Additional Information screen via the Rx icon.
